December 1985: fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located scatter of Med pottery in area of dark soil, 60m x 40m in extent, in "Field 224", adjoining B1078.
Finds consisted of 28 sherds C12 to C13/C14 pottery (S1).
