Full Description
1978-1979: Fieldwalking survey by Myrtle Taylor located pottery scatters on "Field IV" (Homestall). Two scatters, A & B - see TMW 007. Finds from A & B not separated on site report but A described as "main area of finds". Field to N described as under pasture. All finds may be from either TMW 007 or TMW 008 but in view of TMW 008 being this "main area", they are listed under TMW 008.
Rom finds listed as 100 gms miscellaneous sherds (? C1-C2 fine buff wares). Also note (S1) records "considerable amount of oyster & bone is found on this field" (S1)(S2).
