1985: Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located `IA' (& Rom) pottery scatter & dark soil, over 200m x 200m area, on "Field 216". IA finds consisted of 3 flint gritted, 2 flint & sand filled & 2 organically tempered sherds (S1).
