Full Description
From Reid-Moir's notebooks in IPSMG:
"26.12.18 Dug for today at Thorington Hall, Wherstead, Baxter having 12 days leave. Excavations made in shallow pit, SW of big pit. One good specimen found" (S1).
Presumably "good specimen" was flint but note many of these were of natural origin.
Also see 1912 excavations by Reid-Moir at Thorington Hall (CRN 01668).
Formerly recorded as WHR MISC
