Full Description
?Working lime kiln shown on Thos Warren's 1776 town map (S1). Close to BSE 078. For other contemporary Bury St Edmunds lime kilns, see BSE 075-078. According to (S2) still remaining on site.
Associated with(?) chalk pit to E and radiating tunnels up to 200m in length at TL 8648 6466 (S3).
