Full Description

Earthwork in the form of a linear depression circa 2-3m wide with raised banklettes on either side circa 2m wide and 40cm high. Visible in pasture field S of the road (measurements imprecise as gauged from roadside). ? Slightly sunken road, although banklettes looked a bit too distinct - could be drainage as land abutts river. Earthworks roughly parallel to road, 10- 20m into field (S1). Recorded by OS as `piers of old Kentford Bridge (KTD 012) with hollow way on E side, Camb Mus 6"'(S2).
KTD 007 to N on opposite side of Bury Road (B1506).
