Full Description
August 1990: Fieldwalking assessment of compartment 4209 following replanting earlier in year. Weed cover made exercise difficult so only two 50m apart transects walked - scatter still recognisable at TL 8324 7294, extent not determined. Finds consist 1 sherd ?tile, 7 sherds plain pottery including 1 shell tempered and 1 shallow base angle, circa C13? (S1).
