Full Description
1985/1986: Small concentration of Rom pottery in SE corner of Field 22 found during field survey. Listed Rom finds consist of 3 sherds Samian, 200gms grey coarse wares including examples of a plain bowl, a thickened rim bowl and a grogged storage jar. Probably spreads into adjoining parishes (Cowlinge & Great Thurlow)(S1).
