Two scatters of burnt & worked flint & pottery on sand hillocks. Probably extension of MNL 223 to E.
Finds by Colin Pendleton include triangular flint arrowhead (catalogue A196), scrapers, animal bones etc. Detailed mapping with C Pendleton (S1). According to (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), the local molecatcher in the 1950s and 1960s used to find various flints, including arrowheads, in this meadow (including OS Field 8477 to NE).
