Full Description

Polished flint axe, circa 7 inches long. ?Found by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), West Row in 1960s. Also stone polisher/rubber (?for saddle quern) also found at Forty Farm (?same site) by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), when he was a child (S1). Further polished flint axehead, small part of butt missing, from same spot and saddle quern from same field, in possession of (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Note barbed and tanged arrowhead from adjoining field - MNL 341 (S2).
