Full Description

1977: Pointed end of stone implement (use unknown) and pottery `from field with chalk hillock' owned by Buckingham, (S1). Note most of the hillocks in this area appear to be sandy, rather than chalky and findspots are often generalised and the finds from various sites are occasionally muddled!

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be at least post glacial, based on details of discovery, (S2).
