Full Description

1836: Mildenhall Union Workhouse created by adaption and enlargement of an existing parish workhouse, which was existing in 1776 (S1). Various out buildings to main workhouse shown on 1880 OS map, including an `infirmary' to N at TL 717 749 (S2).
