Full Description

Bronze tanged knife; end of tang and point both broken off, edges very damaged and nicked, surviving length 18.4cm, blade is possibly slightly leaf shaped with a maximum width of 2.8cm, 0.5cm thick. Blade has a slight mid-rib and two slightly concave channels on either side with bevelled edges. The tang is flat and has the beginnings of a rivet hole at the break point. Late Middle Bronze Age (S1). Found by D Carter (S2).
