Full Description

Gilt bronze disc brooch with 7 lobes. Cloisonne centrepiece in form of seven armed star, outer dark blue, inner medium blue. Central roundel with white cloisonne infill has slipped to edge of inner `star'. Lobes also with dark blue infill. Complete though weak pin, may be replacement. Found by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) with metal detector in 1980s (S1).
Also note finds of MSax strap end and Ipswich ware to SW - STN 019 & 027.
Similar to examples from Gt Saxham (SXG 002), Mildenhall (CRN 13199) etc.
