Full Description

Two perforated bronze coins found in the SW quadrant of a ring ditch of BA origin. One is an Ae 3, probably of Crispus (AD 318-324), the other is an Ae 3 fragment, extremely corroded, probably of Fel Temp Reparatio type (AD 348- 360). Both coins may have come from Anglo Saxon graves (S1). See also BA, Sax & Med.
