Full Description

Scatter of pottery in field, adjacent to a green lane (S1). Pottery consists mainly of unglazed C13-C14 wares, but there are also a number of probable C12 pieces, also a relatively small number of part-glazed sherds (Grimston and Late Medieval & Transitional types) of the C14-C16. One lava millstone fragment.
