Full Description
Remains of ?Med structure revealed by excavation (non-archaeological) of water pipeline trench to N of B1078. Seen and planned, after soil stripping top 30cms of topsoil. Feature with numerous charcoal flecks and small lumps of daub plus seven sherds C13/C14 pottery adjoining further feature with small and moderate sized cobbles with two C13/C14 sherds - interpreted as ? Med building or oven (S1).
