Full Description
Large post mill with two storey roundhouse. It was demolished circa 1895, though the roundhouse remained for several years. All that remains now is the concrete ground floor and the foundations. There were four patent sails, a fantail and three pairs of stones, the tower mill was built next to it in 1856 (S1)(S4).
Erected on site ? 1815 - moved from Aldeburgh? (S2).
