Found on the beach at Green Heath, at the foot of a shallow cliff where it had fallen from cliff overspill. Picked up by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) circa 1980 (S1). Drawing reported in site file, missing 1985 (? burglary). Area now eroded away.
Same (?) as axe reported to British Museum by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), a London based dealer, from Covehithe, with punched `rain pattern' decoration on the faces and ripple-facetting on the sides (S2).
