Full Description

Tree-lined avenue shown on map of 1699, centred on the front of the Tudor house (see HAM 015), the avenue runs across the deer park to join the main road (S1).
A few lime trees from this avenue survived in 1987; the Henham Estate Heritage Management Plan recommended some replanting to indicate the line of the avenue (S2).
