Full Description

Bronze strap end with an animal head terminal. Two rectangular panels of inlaid niello decoration (the niello itself inlaid with fine silver wires), also a lozenge-shaped panel of niello with inlaid silver wire spiral on the animal's forehead. Eyes and nose may also have been inlaid. Probably C9. Found with a metal detector (S1).
