Marked as 'Brick Works' on 1904 OS map: - `The Pot Kiln' operated by Mrs Hanah Hunt 1844-1855; Mrs Charlotte Baldwin 1868-1874; William Finch 1874-1892 (S3).
Named 'Pot Kilns' on OS 1920s & 1958 maps (S2).
