Full Description

`The Greene' named and shown on map of 1638. Irregular small green with the church at its north end (S1). Still shown on modern 1:10,000 OS map, but a rectangular lobe on the E side has been infilled. Lobe is shown as open on J Hodskinson's Map of Suffolk, 1783.
