Full Description
Southernmost of two lime kilns listed as surviving in 1980 in (S1). NGR after (S1). Exact location of kiln needs checking on 1:2500 or 1:1250 OS maps. One of 'Two well preserved East Anglian kilns, in close proximity yet displaying technological differences and retaining part of their quarry contexts. The site is of clear national importance' (S2).
