Full Description
Scatter of pottery, mainly unglazed wares of the C13-C14, but also some fragments of Grimston-type jugs of C14-C15 and small amounts of glazed wares of C16-C18 date. Also lava quern fragments, a stone hone fragment, tile fragment, a fired chalky clay fragment, oyster shells and animal bones (S1). Also a flint knife and a few flakes (S1).
Site lies opposite Winston Church.
