Cove Bottom Brick Works. One of last working brickworks in Suffolk. Operated by: Alfred Sharman 1873-1904; Mrs Martha Collings 1904-1912; John C Collings 1912-1925; Charles Howard Collings 1925-1933; J B Rous & Son 1933- ?; R Mace; Mudd to present (S1).
Shown on OS 1st edition map of 1837 (S2).
