Full Description
Probable site of the Domesday vill of `Udeham', held a manor of carucates, with a mill, by Gilbert, Bishop of Evreux (S1). Named as Woodeham in 1203 and Woodhall in 1482 (S2). History of the manor given in (S3). See also PMed.
