Full Description
1994: `Site originally identified by D Goodwin' (S2). Scatter of tile (including tegula, imbrex and box tile types) and a small amount of pottery, including amphora sherds. Found fieldwalking in an area c. 50 yards across (S1).
October 1994: Further fieldwalking finds by E Savery and James family listed as including Samian, amphora greywares, box & roof tile fragments (including 1 signatured fragment). Also 1 sherd Med and 1 sherd PMed and C12 (Un) burnt flint fragments (S2). Mapped area enlarged after (S2).
