Full Description

Scatter of pottery - mainly unglazed sherds of the 13th-14th centuries, together with a few part-glazed sherds of 14th-15th century date. There is also a general scatter of brick, tile and oyster shells over much of the field, part of which is due to the dumping of silt from the moat of Crows Hall on this field a few years ago. The Med pottery scatter does however appar to be a genuine site (S1)(S2).
