Full Description
Watermill on River Deben. Shown on Hodskinson's but not on Bowen's map (S1)(S2). Still named as mill on 1950s 1:10,560 OS map, some buildings still shown on 1982 map (S3).
Construction date unknown probably post 1755, pre 1783. A watermill is listed at Hoo in the Domesday survey of 1086.
