Full Description
Bridge shown on Hodskinson's map 1783 (S1).
Construction date not known.
1865: `Called the County Bridge, erected by the County about 35 years ago' (S2) - rebuilt?
1880: Over River Brett. `Timber girder bridge on 8 piles. Riverway 50 feet 6 inches. Parapet of wood posts and rails, and brick wing walls and brick piers at ends. Roadway 11 feet 6 inches.' (S3).
