Something described as "mosaic floor" seen in contractor's trench when building a extension to Shimpling Hall(?) `several years ago' (previous to November 1992) by `builder friend' of (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Not reported at insistence of farmer who has since sold up. (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) approaching new owner to detect area (S1).
