Full Description
Site of a house shown on the OS 1:2500 map of 1902 (S1). This is shown as being in the NE corner of a rectangular yard or toft. The embanked yard still survives within a belt of woodland, with a few fruit trees and flowers still surviving. Presumably it was a gamekeeper's cottage, possibly associated with the nearby rabbit warren (see SUT 020).
