Full Description
Lodge Farm - formerly Kiln Farm (S1). Also Kiln Cottages & Kiln Lane suggest (brick?) kiln. A possible kiln is shown on 1904 1:2500 OS map (S2). Buildings on 1783 map named Reed Kiln (S3). Tithe map shows fields N of kiln (?) as Kiln Yard (S4).
Brick field is shown on the Tithe map down a track to the SW, probably a brick works.
