Water mill named `Stoke Mill' depicted on Hodskinson's map of 1783 (S1, on leat(?) of the River Stour. Not shown on Bowen's 1755 map. Note: `Great Mill Meadow' and `Mill Bridge Field' named on 1842 tithe in this area.
