Full Description
A former bridge over the River Glem is suggested by field names on the border of Stanstead to Glemsford. No bridges shown on 1838 tithe map (S1) or Hodskinson's map of 1783 in this locality.
`Old Bridge Meadow' (plot 188) at TL 836 493 and circa 700m to N `Bridge Meadow' (2 parts, plots 79 & 81) at TL 835 501.
