Full Description
July 1996: Mound visible in area of clearfelled woodland. Roughly circular, circa 25-30m in diameter. Possibly round barrow although in area of sand hummocks, especially to N in same block. For further barrows in same area see STN 005, 043 and possibly 003 & 004 (both unlocated).
July 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The undated mound described above, which may be a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible – albeit not particularly clearly – on imagery from a recent lidar survey (S2).
