Full Description
In May 1982 the SIA visited a house N of the church at Dickersons Corner in Hartest. The following description resulted from this visit. "Ground floor interior timbers substantial and richly carved, repeating designs in aisle roofs of church and Crown Inn (formerly Hartest Hall).
Norman Scarfe suggested this may be a former parsonage house, as at Chantry Farm Denston nearby" (S1).
