Full Description

1989: Fieldwalking survey (20m apart transects) over large (circa 50 ha) area located very thin widespread background scatter of Prehistoric flints (1 scraper & 11 flakes).

1992: Test pits demonstrated circa 40cm deep topsoil. Only finds were `a few flint flakes. Details in (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
