Full Description

Probable windmill site suggested by field names `Mill Mount' and `Mill Field' (S1). Possibly relates to site SAS 015. Also Mill Lane on 1:10,560 & 1:10,000 OS maps. Not checked elsewhere. According to Flint (S2) located on map of 1764 at TM 114 694 and burnt down 1883. Fields to S, in Thwaite parish, also named Mill Field.
