Full Description

Scatter of medieval pottery on arable land - 12th century Melton ware, 13-14th century unlgazed wares and a small amount of part-glazed pottery of Late Medieval and Transitional type. Fragments of lava quern also found. Also a small number of flint blades and a scraper made of dark chocolate-coloured flint, probably prehistoric (S1).
