Full Description

March 1999: Fieldwalking survey of part field by Stephanie Richardson located relatively dense Rom & Med scatters (note Med moat) plus 9 sherds ESax (?) pottery and 1 sherd LSax ST Neots ware (S1).
Note area previously walked by Basil Brown and S Page from 1946-1949 when finds included possible ESax sherd - see Rom & Med.

Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2000 (S2)
