Full Description

Spread of pottery, including kiln wasters, found in an area where grassland had been churned up by wheeled vehicles. Green glazed wares, some with underglazed black patterns and some purpley-black glazed wares. Forms include pancheons, jugs and some frilled bases. Peg tiles also seem to have been produced. (S1).
