Full Description

Fieldwalking (Field F611) uncovered a moderate scattering of flint and IA pottery. The scatter included 3 Iron Age sherds, 1 core 1 thumbnail scatter, several flakes of worked flint and elsewhere on the field were a few sherds of Medieval pottery. Details in (S1). Situated in the area of the scatter are sites NBN 002, 003 and 022 (Ring ditches).
