Full Description

1999: Scatter of Medieval pottery identified in a fairly concentrated area. The pottery includes 6 rim sherds, 2 base sherds and 1 glazed handle sherd. All sherds are of 13th to 15th century date. A Medieval lava quern fragment, bronze buckle fragment of unknown date, two disc weights and two flint flakes were also identified in the area during metal detecting (S1).
