Full Description
Ice-house at Brandon Hall.
'No surface traces of the structure remain. White's 1855 Directory describes it as part of the property: "under a sort of conical mound near the hall, is a very antique ice-house". It also appears on the tithe map of 1840. The main part of the house was built in about 1690' (S1, R1, R2, R3).
Shown at TL 7701 8628 as circular structure on 1838 tithe map (S2).
