Full Description
Site of Eye Railway station, built 1867 (?). N of Auction Market (TM 142 737) and S of Malthouse (TM 1426 7389). Also small square pound to S at TM 1423 7348, adjoining Magdalen Street. All shown on 1880s & 1900s OS maps. Now all replaced by large 'works' complex.
