Full Description

Tumuli and Sax cremation cemetery. Located N of A1094 near St Margaret's. Tumulus, middle of three N of A1094 road, 60-70 feet in diameter, 4.5 feet high. BA collared urn was found inverted over a cremation, also Sax urns found (see CRN 02391 for further details and references). Excavated 1862 (S1)(R1).
