Full Description
Excavation of strip foundations for an extension and garage at Puddle Cottage, 101 Front Street, Orford was monitored by the SCCAS Field Team. Despite the site's sensitive location no medieval or earlier features were observed. A single post-medieval masonry drainage feature was recorded. Natural subsoil was encountered at approximately 1m below existing ground level (S1)
