Full Description

Monitoring of the various groundworks revealed a subsoil that was rich in medieval pottery with a few Roman sherds and a piece of middle Saxon Ipswich ware, but no features were identified (S1).

Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2005 (S2).
